One of the best places to visit in India during summers is Bangalore, mainly owing to its moderate and pleasant climate even during peak summers. It is the one place where you hardly break a sweat even while walking on the streets on a bright day during summers, but sweat only when you dance off at the dance floors of the city’s elusive nightclubs.
One of the best things about the city of Bangalore is the moderate and pleasant climate it enjoys whole year round. It is this favourable climate that gives it an edge over the other major cities in India and one of the reasons why people continuously try their best to find a reason to live or make a living in the city. The city is incredibly accessible from all parts of the country and some selected international destinations via its international airport. This airport also caters to major Indian cities like Delhi and Mumbai on a daily basis and some other operate regularly on routes like Bangalore to Chandigarh flights. Neighbouring cities can be approached by trains, buses, Volvos or taxis.
The city is a never-ending cycle of work and fun for the young working professionals and middle-aged bachelors. It is the top IT centre of India and the first preference of every tech geek to work in given the environment. The long hard working hours are easily compensated for by the large arrays of cafes, pubs, and bars located all around the city. Since Bangalore is a smaller city compared to Mumbai and Delhi, it gets very convenient working professionals to just take a cab ride to a pub or bar in the posh area of the city, unlike other cities where you might have to travel an hour or two to party in your favorite pub in the heart of the city.
The worst time to visit Bangalore is during the months of April and May, as these are the only months the city experiences a hot climate. The temperature drops to 20 degrees by June first week, when the other cities experience a temperature between 40 to 50 degrees on a daily basis. In Bangalore, you can step out wearing the clothes you wish without having to worry about the weather and heat. You can walk around the city pavements and go for some endless street shopping. By evening, you can head to a pub or bar in places like Brigade road, Koramangala, and Indiranagar. These places are great for hanging out and gelling with the local crowd, however, they shut quite early so in order to party, you will have to venture a little far away from the posh and popular parts of the city and go head to a nightclub to party without being disturbed by cops turning the lights on by 11 pm.
If you have the money to spend, you can get introduced to the nightclub and heavy partying scene in Bangalore by paying a visit to the nightclubs in 5-star hotels, which are all mostly located in the main busy areas of the city. Although these places are expensive, they make sure you have a great time and provide you with the best services. The party goes on much longer than any other pubs and nightclubs in the main part of the city.
So, next time you plan a visit to Bangalore, know which time to travel to, where to go and what to do to have a great time. If you end up going to the bars and nightclubs in the main part of the city to pull an all-nighter partying your socks off, you will be left highly disappointed. Make sure you don’t miss a visit to one of the themed pubs in Bangalore!
